(j) Where this chapter or a social contract provides that a commander shall give or refuse authorization for a matter before the agreement is given or refused, the limited partnership shall provide the commanding officer, without invitation, with any information material for the decision of the commander known to the limited partnership. (m) Section 15-1207 (a) (1) and (3) of this Title applies to a limited liability partnership. (10) Call, request, participate in or attend a meeting of partners or limited partners. A social contract may provide for classes or groups of complementary or sponsored persons linked to a protected series, with the corresponding rights, powers and obligations that may be provided for in the social contract and may provide for the future creation of additional classes or groups of complementary or sponsor linked to such series, with such related rights, in accordance with the provisions of the social contract. The powers and obligations that may be defined from time to time, including rights, powers and duties, who are priority persons in existing classes and groups of complements or sponsors related to these series. A social agreement may provide that, without the voice or agreement of a complement or a sponsor or a class or group of complementary or limited partners, including a measure to create a class or group of partners or limited partners in accordance with the provisions of the partnership agreement of a class or group of a protected set of partnership interests that were not prior. . . .
